Project Brazen Announces Formation of Distinguished Advisory Board.

Global journalism and production studio assembles group of industry leaders to guide strategic growth and creative direction.

(London, UK, and Singapore — October 29th, 2024) — Project Brazen, the global journalism and production studio founded by former Wall Street Journal reporters and bestselling authors Bradley Hope and Tom Wright, today announced the formation of its inaugural Advisory Board. This distinguished group of industry leaders will provide strategic guidance to support Project Brazen’s continued growth and creative innovation across its diverse portfolio of media assets.

The Advisory Board brings together accomplished executives from the fields of entertainment, technology, journalism, and finance: 

1. Josh Berger – Former President and Managing Director of Warner Bros. UK, Ireland and Spain. With over 30 years of experience at Warner Bros., Berger played a pivotal role in expanding the company’s presence in the UK film industry. He oversaw the development of Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden and served as Chair of the British Film Institute (BFI) from 2016 to 2021. Berger’s expertise in production, distribution, and leadership will be invaluable to Project Brazen’s expansion in film and television.
    
2. Melissa Ong – Executive Director, Mojo Partners and Director, Como Group. Ong oversees a family office, managing investments in entertainment, technology, hospitality, real estate, public securities and funds. Her insights into brand development and global markets will help guide Project Brazen’s strategic partnerships and audience engagement initiatives. Ong began her career in community development, working with humanitarian non‐government organizations in Afghanistan, East Timor, Aceh, and Sudan. 
   
   
3. Lionel Barber – Former Editor, Financial Times. Barber led the Financial Times as editor from 2005 to 2020, one of the longest tenures in the newspaper’s history. Under his leadership, the FT successfully navigated the digital transition in journalism and expanded its global reach. Drawing on his deep understanding of international affairs, economics and the evolving media landscape, Barber will provide invaluable insight to Project Brazen’s investigative journalism projects. 
   
   
4. David Giampaolo – Founder and CEO, Pi Capital. Giampaolo is a veteran of the private equity world and a connector of high-net-worth individuals and thought leaders. As the founder of Pi Capital, he has created a unique platform for knowledge sharing and investment opportunities. Giampaolo’s extensive network and understanding of finance and business trends will be crucial in identifying new opportunities and potential collaborations for Project Brazen.
